Description:

The non-partisan group will present a panel discussion on the Provo River Delta Project. Will the Endangered Species Act endanger local private property rights? Are objections to the project valid or overblown? The Provo River Delta Project has local, state, and federal implications. Hear various/opposing perspectives, reach an informed opinion, and make your voice heard to your elected officials.

              Wade Garrett - Senior Advisor to Congressman Jason Chaffetz
              Reed Harris - Utah State Dept. of Natural Resources
              Larry Ellertson - Utah County Commissioner
              Dr. Joe Milner - Dir. of Utah County Health Dept. 
              LaDonn Christensen - Private Property Owner

The public is welcome. Attendees may eat during or after the meeting (as they wish), but are asked to purchase a buffet lunch ticket en route to the restaurant Meeting Room. For more information, call 225-4270.
